Add a profile picture to your email

Choose an image, such as your organization’s logo or a photo of yourself, as your Gmail picture.

When people hover over your name in their inboxes, contacts, or Google Chat lists, they see the picture and know who you are.

Add your profile photo

1. Open Gmail.
2. At the top right, click your profile picture.
3. Click Manage your Google Account.
4. At left, click Personal info.
5. Under Basic info, click your profile picture.
6. Select a photo.
7. (Optional) Crop the photo.
8. Click Set as profile photo.
